  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 2-4 tablespoons cold water
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Notes

For extra creamy hummus, remove the skins from the chickpeas before blending. You can also experiment with adding roasted red peppers or sun-dried tomatoes for different flavors.
