Making Zoodles

  • Wash the zucchini thoroughly under cold water and trim off both ends.
  • Using a spiralizer, carefully feed each zucchini through to create long, noodle-like strands.
  • Optionally, pat the zoodles dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture, then they are ready to be used raw or lightly cooked.

Notes

For best results, pat the zoodles dry with a paper towel after spiralizing to remove excess moisture, especially if you plan to sauté them.
