Teriyaki Sauce

  • 0.25 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons mirin
  • 1 tablespoon sake
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons water

  • Whisk together all teriyaki sauce ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.

Notes
