  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lemon, juiced

Garnish (Optional)

  • fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Pat the chicken breasts dry and cut them into 1-inch pieces.
  • In a medium bowl, combine lemon pepper seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.

Cooking

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until browned.
  • Reduce heat to medium and add the lemon juice. Continue to cook for another 3-5 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  • Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.

Serving

  • Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired. Serve immediately with your favorite sides.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the spices and lemon juice for 30 minutes before cooking.
