  • Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring all pieces are well coated; marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  • Heat a large skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat and cook the marinated chicken strips for 5-7 minutes until fully cooked and lightly browned.
  • Warm the pita bread according to package instructions.
  • Assemble the gyros by spreading tzatziki sauce on warm pita bread, then filling it with cooked chicken, diced tomatoes, diced cucumber, and sliced red onion.

Spicy Chicken Gyros

  • Prepare the chicken breast by slicing it into thin strips.
