Ingredients
  

Pasta & Sauce

  • 250 g Spaghetti
  • 250 g Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 2 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 Onion small, thinly sliced
  • 750 ml Vegetable Broth
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Black Pepper

Garnish (Optional)

  • 0.25 cup Fresh Basil chopped
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan Cheese grated

Cooking Steps

  • Combine spaghetti, cherry tomatoes, minced garlic, sliced onion, vegetable broth, olive oil, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper into a large pot or Dutch oven.
  • Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce heat to medium-low.
  • Simmer for 8-12 minutes, stirring frequently to prevent pasta from sticking, until pasta is al dente and most of the liquid has been absorbed.
  • Remove from heat and let it rest for 2 minutes to allow any remaining liquid to be absorbed.
  • Garnish with fresh basil and grated Parmesan cheese, if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy your quick one-pot pasta!

Notes

For a richer flavor, you can add a splash of red wine or a pinch of red pepper flakes for a subtle kick. Ensure you stir frequently to prevent the pasta from sticking to the bottom of the pot. Adjust seasoning to taste before serving.
