  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup peaches, peeled and diced
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup milk

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C), then grease and flour a 9x5 inch loaf pan to prepare it for baking.
  • In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar until the mixture is light and fluffy.

Mixing
