  • 4 Large low-carb tortillas
  • 4 Cheese crisps or keto crackers
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Lettuce shredded
  • 0.5 cup Diced tomatoes
  • 0.5 cup Sour cream or keto-friendly ranch

  • Brown the ground beef in a skillet, then drain any excess fat and stir in the taco seasoning.
  • Lay out a large low-carb tortilla, spread a spoonful of sour cream or ranch in the center, and top with seasoned ground beef.
  • Place a cheese crisp or keto cracker over the beef, then layer with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Carefully fold the edges of the tortilla inwards towards the center, creating a hexagonal shape.
  • Heat a lightly oiled skillet or griddle over medium heat and cook the crunchwrap folded-side down for 3-4 minutes until golden brown and sealed.
  • Flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes until golden brown, then serve immediately with your favorite keto-friendly toppings.
