Mushroom spawn

Potting soil

  • 1 bag potting soil

Instructions
 

Plant Garlic

  • Separate garlic bulbs into individual cloves and plant them pointed-end up in well-draining soil, about 2 inches deep and 4-6 inches apart.

Sow Cauliflower Seeds

  • Plant cauliflower seeds in a sunny spot with rich soil, spacing them 18-24 inches apart.

Prepare Mushroom Growing Medium

  • For mushrooms, choose a substrate like sawdust or wood chips, sterilize it, and inoculate it with mushroom spawn.

Maintain and Water

  • Ensure consistent moisture for all plants, and apply appropriate nutrients; protect from pests and diseases.

Harvest

  • Harvest garlic when the leaves start to yellow, cauliflower when the head is firm, and mushrooms when the caps are fully open but before they release spores.
