  • In a medium bowl, combine softened unsalted butter, quartered fresh strawberries, confectioners' sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.

  • For a smoother butter, transfer the mixture to a food processor and pulse a few times until creamy. Be careful not to over-process, or it will become too thin.
