Cereal Mixture

  • 3 cups Corn Chex
  • 3 cups Rice Chex
  • 3 cups Wheat Chex
  • 3 cups mini pretzel twists
  • 2 cups bagel chips roughly broken

Pickle Flavoring

  • 6 Tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 3 Tbsp dill pickle juice
  • 2 tsp dried dill weed
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a very large bowl, combine the Corn Chex, Rice Chex, Wheat Chex, mini pretzel twists, and broken bagel chips, then set aside.

Flavoring and Baking

  • In a separate small bowl, whisk together the melted unsalted butter, dill pickle juice, dried dill weed, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
  • Pour the pickle mixture evenly over the cereal mixture in the large bowl, stirring gently until everything is well coated.
  • Spread the coated mixture in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 60 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes to ensure even toasting.
  • After baking, remove the Chex mix from the oven and let it cool completely on the baking sheet before serving or storing.

Store any leftover Dill Pickle Chex Mix in an airtight container at room temperature for up to one week.
