Chicken

  • 2 _ chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Hot Honey Feta Sauce

  • 0.25 cup honey
  • 0.5 cup feta cheese crumbled

Preparation

  • Slice the chicken breasts into 1-inch pieces and pat them dry with a paper towel.
  • In a medium bowl, dredge the chicken pieces in cornstarch, paprika, salt, and black pepper until fully coated.

Cooking

  • Heat a large skillet or frying pan over medium-high heat with 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
  • Add the coated chicken to the hot pan and cook for 5-7 minutes, flipping occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through.
  • While the chicken is cooking, prepare the hot honey feta sauce by combining hot honey and crumbled feta cheese in a small bowl.

Combine and Serve

  • Once the chicken is cooked, reduce the heat to low and pour the hot honey feta sauce over the chicken, tossing to coat.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley or cilantro, if desired, and serve immediately with your favorite sides.
