Ingredients
  

Salad

  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 0.5 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 0.25 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 0.25 cup sunflower seeds
  • 0.25 cup raisins (optional)

Dressing

  • 0.75 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Instructions
 

Prepare the Salad

  • In a large bowl, combine the broccoli florets, crumbled bacon, thinly sliced red onion, sunflower seeds, and raisins (if using).

Make the Dressing

  • In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, granulated sugar, and apple cider vinegar until smooth.

Combine and Chill
