  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup carrots, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

Preparation

  • Slice the beef into thin strips and set aside.

Cooking
