Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup lobster meat cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup crab meat cooked and flaked
  • 1 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp old bay seasoning
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

Preparation

  • In a medium bowl, combine the softened butter, chopped lobster and flaked crab meat.
  • Add garlic powder, onion powder, Old Bay seasoning, lemon juice, and fresh parsley to the mixture.
  • Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined.

Forming the bombs

  • Using a small scoop or your hands, form the mixture into 7 equal-sized bombs.
  • Place the formed butter bombs on a plate or baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or until firm, before serving or storing.

Notes

These butter bombs are excellent for melting over grilled seafood, steak, or vegetables. You can also freeze them for later use; simply thaw and serve as desired.
