  • 4 slices Provolone Cheese
  • 4 Hoagie Rolls

Grinder Salad

  • 2 cups, shredded Iceberg Lettuce
  • 0.5 small, thinly sliced Red Onion
  • 1 medium, diced Tomato
  • 0.25 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Black Pepper

Chicken Preparation

  • Marinate chicken breasts in Italian dressing for at least 15 minutes.

Grinder Salad Assembly

  • Combine lettuce, red onion, and tomato in a bowl.
  • Whisk together mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, oregano, salt, and pepper to make the dressing. Pour over vegetables and toss.
