For the Green Goddess Dressing

  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp fresh chives
  • 1 tsp fresh dill
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 0.25 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.25 tsp onion powder
  • pinch salt
  • pinch black pepper

For the Sandwich

  • 2 slices sourdough bread
  • 0.5 medium avocado sliced
  • 0.25 small cucumber sliced
  • 0.25 cup sprouts
  • 1 slice red onion
  • 1 leaf lettuce

Instructions
 

Make the Green Goddess Dressing

  • In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, chopped parsley, chives, dill, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • Stir well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined and the dressing is smooth; set aside.

Assemble the Sandwich

  • Lightly toast the sourdough bread slices to your desired crispiness.
  • Spread a generous amount of the prepared Green Goddess dressing on one side of each toasted bread slice.
  • On one slice of bread, layer the sliced avocado, cucumber, sprouts, red onion, and lettuce.
  • Place the other slice of bread on top, dressing side down, to complete your sandwich.

Notes

For extra flavor, you can add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the dressing. Feel free to customize with other vegetables like bell peppers or tomatoes.
