  • 2 packs Instant ramen noodles any flavor
  • 4 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Cooked chicken shredded
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1-2 tbsp Sriracha or more, to taste
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 2 Green onions sliced
  • 2 Soft-boiled eggs halved

  • Boil water and cook ramen noodles according to package directions; drain and set aside.
  • In a saucepan, heat chicken broth, soy sauce, and sriracha until simmering.
  • Add shredded chicken to the broth and heat through.
  • Divide cooked noodles between two bowls, then pour the hot broth and chicken over them.
  • Drizzle with sesame oil and garnish with sliced green onions and soft-boiled egg halves.

Notes
