  • 2.5 cups Milk
  • 5 tablespoons Chia Seeds
  • 2.5 cups Yogurt optional
  • 5-10 tablespoons Sweetener optional, to taste
  • 5 pinches Salt

  • In each of five jars, combine 1/2 cup rolled oats, 1/2 cup milk, and 1 tablespoon chia seeds, along with yogurt, sweetener, and a pinch of salt if desired.
  • Stir or shake each jar until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  • Cover the jars and refrigerate them overnight, or for at least 4 hours, to allow the oats to soften and thicken.
  • In the morning, add your favorite toppings and enjoy your prepared overnight oats.
