  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 4 ounces cooked lobster meat, finely diced
  • 4 ounces cooked crab meat, finely diced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chives, minced
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Preparation

  • In a medium bowl, combine the softened unsalted butter with diced lobster and crab meat.
  • Add minced chives, lemon zest, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper, then mix until well combined.
  • Divide the mixture into 5 equal portions and shape each into a bomb or disc.
  • Place the butter bombs on a plate lined with parchment paper and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes until firm.
