  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 28 oz diced tomatoes undrained
  • 15 oz kidney beans drained and rinsed
  • 16 oz Velveeta queso blanco cut into 1/2-inch cubes

Cooking Steps

  • Cook ground beef in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat until browned, then drain any excess fat.
  • Stir in the taco seasoning, diced tomatoes (undrained), and drained and rinsed kidney beans.
  • Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
