Ingredients
  

Crust

  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cups melted butter

Filling

  • 24 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries

Topping (Optional)

Instructions
 

Crust

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press the mixture into the bottoms of five individual cheesecake pans.

Filling

  • Beat softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Incorporate eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla extract.
  • Gently fold in fresh blueberries. Pour the mixture evenly into the prepared crusts.

Baking

  • Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the centers are almost set.
  • Let the cheesecakes cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

For best results, make sure your cream cheese is at room temperature for a smooth filling. You can also use frozen blueberries, but do not thaw them before folding into the mixture.
