  • 8 ounces crab meat, drained
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons green onion, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon old bay seasoning
  • 1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg

Preparation

  • In a medium bowl, combine the crab meat, cream cheese, green onion, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and Old Bay seasoning; mix well.
  • In a separate shallow dish, whisk the egg.
  • Place the Panko breadcrumbs in another shallow dish.

Forming and Cooking

  • Form the crab mixture into 1-inch balls.
  • Dip each crab ball into the egg, then roll in the Panko breadcrumbs to coat.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  • Place the crab bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
  • Air fry for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown and heated through, shaking the basket halfway through cooking.
