Dinner Rolls

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp active dry yeast
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 cup milk, warm
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

Preparation

  • Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead for 5-7 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.

Rising and Baking

  • Divide the dough into four equal pieces and shape each into a desired roll shape. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
