Main

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 large, beaten eggs
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • ½ cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons hot sauce

Instructions

Preparation

  • Slice each chicken breast horizontally to create two thinner cutlets, then pat them dry with paper towels.
  • In a shallow dish, combine flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; in another dish, whisk the eggs, and in a third, place the panko breadcrumbs.

Cooking

  • Dip each chicken cutlet first into the flour mixture, then into the beaten eggs, and finally coat evenly with panko breadcrumbs.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook the breaded chicken for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
