  • 3 English muffins, split and toasted
  • 1/2 pound Cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 8 ounces Lump crab meat, drained
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Celery, finely diced
  • 2 tablespoons Red onion, finely minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Hot sauce
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese

Seasoning

  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions
 

Prepare the seafood mixture

  • In a medium bowl, combine the chopped shrimp, lump crab meat, mayonnaise, diced celery, minced red onion, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and hot sauce.
  • Season the mixture with salt and black pepper to taste, then stir in the fresh parsley.

Assemble the melts

  • Preheat your broiler. Place the toasted English muffin halves on a baking sheet. Evenly divide the shrimp and crab mixture among the muffin halves.
  • Sprinkle each melt generously with shredded cheddar cheese.

Broil and serve

  • Broil for 3-5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the mixture is heated through. Keep a close eye on them to prevent burning.
