  • 3 bell peppers any color, sliced
  • 0.5 cup spicy sauce e.g., sriracha, chili garlic sauce, or hot sauce

Preparation

  • Slice chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and slice bell peppers into strips.
  • Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat with a tablespoon of oil.

Cooking

  • Add chicken to the hot skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  • Add bell peppers to the skillet and sauté for 3-5 minutes until tender-crisp.
