  • 3 sheets phyllo dough
  • 4 oz feta cheese crumbled

For Brushing & Drizzling

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter melted
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp chili flakes

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) to get it ready for baking the feta rolls.

Assembling the Rolls

  • Lay out one sheet of phyllo dough, then brush it lightly with melted butter.
  • Sprinkle one-third of the crumbled feta cheese along one edge of the phyllo dough and roll it up tightly.
  • Repeat this process with the remaining phyllo dough and feta cheese to create two more rolls.

Baking & Finishing

  • Place the formed feta rolls on a baking sheet and brush their tops with olive oil before baking.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes until they are golden brown and crispy.
  • While the rolls bake, combine honey and chili flakes in a small bowl and microwave for 15 seconds until warm.
  • Drizzle the chili honey over the warm feta rolls immediately before serving.
