Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and trim and halve the Brussels sprouts.
In a medium bowl, melt butter and stir in minced garlic, then add the halved Brussels sprouts and toss to coat evenly.
Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and roast for 10-12 minutes until tender-crisp and slightly caramelized.

For extra flavor, you can add a drizzle of balsamic glaze after roasting.
