  • 8 ounces short pasta
  • 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or diced)
  • 4 cups Romaine lettuce (chopped)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese (shredded)
  • 1 cup croutons

Caesar Dressing

  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • black pepper to taste

Preparation

  • Cook the pasta according to package directions, then drain and rinse with cold water to cool.

Caesar Dressing

  • Whisk together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, and black pepper in a small bowl until smooth.

Assembly

  • In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, cooked chicken, chopped Romaine lettuce, halved cherry tomatoes, and shredded Parmesan cheese.
  • Pour the dressing over the pasta salad ingredients and toss gently to ensure everything is evenly coated.

Chilling and Serving

  • Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  • Before serving, stir in the croutons. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve chilled.
