Preparation

  • Prepare the beef by slicing it thinly and marinating with soy sauce and a pinch of cornstarch.
  • Blanch the broccoli florets in boiling water for 2-3 minutes until bright green and slightly tender-crisp.

Cooking

  • Heat a wok or large skillet with oil over high heat, then stir-fry the marinated beef until browned and cooked through.
  • Add the blanched broccoli, minced ginger, and garlic to the wok, and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.

Sauce Application
