  • 1/4 cup Red onion thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup Fresh mint leaves chopped

Dressing

  • 2 tablespoons Lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon Black pepper

Prepare the salad
