  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Vegetables

  • 2 bell peppers (red, yellow, orange) cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 red onion cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 zucchini cut into 1/2-inch thick half-moons

Preparation

  • Cut the chicken breasts into 1-inch cubes and combine them with olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Marinate the chicken for at least 30 minutes, or refrigerate for up to 4 hours.
  • If using wooden skewers, remember to soak them in water beforehand to prevent burning.

Assembly and Grilling

  • Thread the marinated chicken and cut vegetables onto skewers, alternating between chicken and vegetables.
  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, ensuring it is clean and oiled.
