  • 1 bag Tortilla chips (13 oz)
  • 2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb Ground beef (cooked and seasoned, optional)
  • 1/4 cup Jalapeños (sliced)
  • 1/2 cup Salsa
  • 1/2 cup Sour cream
  • 1/2 cup Guacamole
  • 1/4 cup Black olives (sliced, optional)

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C), then spread a layer of tortilla chips on a large baking sheet.
  • If using, scatter cooked ground beef or other protein over the chips, then generously sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the entire layer.
  • Bake for 8-12 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbling and melted and the chips are slightly golden.
  • Carefully remove the baking sheet from the oven and immediately add your desired cold toppings like sliced jalapeños, salsa, sour cream, guacamole, and black olives.
  • Serve your hot and loaded nachos immediately, encouraging everyone to dig in and enjoy!
