Ingredients
  

Salad

  • 2 pieces salmon fillet
  • 1 head romaine lettuce
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese shredded
  • 1 cup croutons

Dressing

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce optional
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel, then season them with salt and pepper.

Cooking

  • While the salmon cools, chop the romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large bowl.
