  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup cotija cheese crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro chopped
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
