  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated

  • 2 tablespoons dill fresh, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil for frying

  • Pound chicken breasts to an even thickness and marinate in dill pickle juice for at least 30 minutes.

Cooking

  • Dredge each chicken breast in flour, then dip in egg, and finally coat thoroughly with the bread crumb mixture.
