Ingredients
  

For the Shrimp:

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

For the Wraps:

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cup croutons, crushed

Instructions
 

Grilled Shrimp

  • In a medium bowl, combine the shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper; toss to coat evenly.
  • Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat and lightly oil it.
  • Grill the seasoned shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, or until they turn pink and opaque.

Assemble Wraps

  • Warm the tortillas according to package instructions, ensuring they are pliable.
  • In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing and grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Lay out each warm tortilla and spread a layer of the dressed romaine mixture.
  • Arrange a portion of the grilled shrimp over the lettuce, then sprinkle with crushed croutons.
  • Carefully roll up each tortilla tightly to form a wrap, tucking in the ends.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the shrimp for 15-30 minutes before grilling. You can also add some diced red onion or cherry tomatoes to the wraps for more texture and taste.
