  • 1 cup Strawberries sliced
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 1 cup Green Grapes
  • 1 cup Pineapple cubed
  • 1 cup Cantaloupe cubed
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Lime Juice

Preparation

  • Wash and prepare all the fruits, slicing the strawberries and cubing the pineapple and cantaloupe.
  • In a large bowl, combine the strawberries, blueberries, green grapes, pineapple, and cantaloupe.

Dressing

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the honey and lime juice until well combined.
  • Pour the honey-lime dressing over the mixed fruits and gently toss to coat everything evenly.

Serving

  • Serve immediately for best freshness, or chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.

Notes

For an extra touch of flavor, you can add a sprig of fresh mint as a garnish. This salad is best enjoyed fresh and can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
