  • 1.5 cups heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese grated

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped for garnish
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

  • Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, bringing the mixture to a gentle simmer.
  • Stir in grated Parmesan cheese and continue to simmer for 3-5 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken.
  • Return the cooked chicken to the skillet, coating it thoroughly with the creamy garlic sauce.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving and enjoy your creamy garlic chicken.

Notes

Serve this creamy garlic chicken with pasta, rice, or a side of steamed vegetables for a complete meal. For an extra kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the sauce.
