Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Large raw shrimp, peeled & deveined (450 g)
  • 4 cups Fresh broccoli florets (about 300 g)
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Fresh ginger, grated

Stir-Fry Sauce

  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce (low-sodium)
  • 2 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tsp Cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp Water (for cornstarch slurry)
  • 1 tsp Rice vinegar (optional)
  • 1 tsp Honey or brown sugar
  • ΒΌ tsp Red pepper flakes (optional)

For Cooking & Serving

  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil (high smoke point)
  • 2 cups Cooked rice or noodles (to serve)
  • Sliced green onions and sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels and sprinkle with a pinch of salt and pepper. Set aside.

Notes

For best results, do not overcrowd the pan when cooking the shrimp. Cook in batches if necessary.
