  • 1 lb Large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup Ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup Freshly grated Parmesan
  • 2 tbsp Fresh basil chopped
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Lemon zest
  • 1/4 cup Dry white wine optional
  • 1 1/2 cups Marinara sauce store-bought or homemade
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste
