  • 1 bunch Fresh basil leaves torn
  • 1 pint Cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 French baguette cut into ½-inch slices
  • 2 Tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil plus extra for brushing
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Smoked paprika
  • 1 Lemon Zest
  • 0.5 tsp Sea salt plus more for finishing
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Balsamic glaze or reduction optional
