  • 3 Tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Lemon zest
  • 0.25 tsp Chili flakes optional
  • 2 Tbsp Honey
  • 2 Tbsp Low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 0.5 tsp Freshly ground black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp Sea salt
  • 0.5 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp Fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 Tbsp Fresh lemon juice

Notes
