  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 small Shallot finely diced
  • ½ tsp Red-pepper flakes adjust to taste
  • ½ cup Dry white wine e.g., Pinot Grigio
  • ¾ cup Heavy cream
  • 1 tsp Fresh lemon zest
  • 2 Tbsp Fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 Tbsp Fresh parsley chopped
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • 1 Tbsp toasted pine nuts Optional garnish
