Ingredients
  

Pasta

  • 12 oz Linguine or spaghetti

Shrimp

  • 1 lb Large raw shrimp peeled and deveined

Aromatics

  • 4 cloves Garlic minced

Fats & Liquids

  • 2 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
  • ½ cup Dry white wine or low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp Unsalted butter

Vegetables

  • 4 cups Fresh baby spinach

Seasoning & Garnish

  • ¼ cup Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ tsp Crushed red-pepper flakes
  • Salt & freshly cracked black pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley or basil Optional garnish

Cooking Instructions

  • Cook linguine in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente, reserving 1 cup of pasta water.
  • Pat shrimp dry then season lightly with salt and pepper.

Notes

For extra flavor, use a good quality dry white wine like Pinot Grigio or Sauvignon Blanc. If you don't have fresh spinach, frozen spinach can be used, but make sure to thaw and squeeze out excess water before adding. Adjust red pepper flakes to your preferred spice level.
