  • 1 lb Raw shrimp peeled & deveined
  • 4 cups Fresh spinach
  • 4 Garlic cloves minced
  • 3 Tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
  • ½ cup Dry white wine
  • ½ cup Low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 Fresh lemon zest & juice
  • ¼ tsp Red-pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 Tbsp Fresh parsley chopped
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • Salt & freshly cracked black pepper to taste

Notes

For extra flavor, reserve some pasta water before draining to add to the sauce if it becomes too thick.
