  • 1 lb (450 g) Large shrimp, peeled & deveined
  • 4–5 medium Zucchini, spiralized into zoodles
  • 3 Tbsp Unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves Fresh garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup Dry white wine (or low-sodium chicken broth)
  • ½ tsp Smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp Lemon zest
  • ¼ tsp Red-pepper flakes optional
  • 2 Tbsp Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1–2 Tbsp Grated Parmesan optional
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

  • Wash and trim the zucchini, then spiralize it into noodles. Toss the zoodles lightly with salt and set aside.
