  • 12-15 Fresh sage leaves, roughly torn
  • 1 lb (≈ 450 g) Large shrimp, peeled & deveined
  • 1 lb (≈ 450 g) Store-bought potato gnocchi
  • ¼ cup Dry white wine or low-sodium chicken broth
  • ½ Fresh lemon, juiced
  • ¼ cup Grated Parmesan (or Pecorino)
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced optional
  • Red-pepper flakes optional
  • Salt & freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Olive oil for searing shrimp
  • 1 Tbsp Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
