  • 2 medium chicken breast
  • 1 lb fettuccine
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.5 cup butter
  • salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions

  • Season chicken with salt and pepper, then cook in butter until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken and set aside, keeping the pan drippings.
  • In the same pan, simmer heavy cream, Parmesan, and minced garlic until the sauce thickens. Separately, cook fettuccine according to package directions.
  • Toss the cooked fettuccine with the Alfredo sauce and sliced chicken. Serve immediately, garnished with extra Parmesan if desired.

Notes

For a richer flavor, consider adding a pinch of nutmeg to the Alfredo sauce. You can also add some chopped parsley for a fresh garnish.
